AsalAra Concentric and Eccentric Butterfly Valves
- Butterfly Valve (Concentric/Eccentric)
The AsalAra Concentric and Eccentric Butterfly Valves provide reliable, efficient control of fluid flow in various industrial applications. These valves feature a compact design with quick operation and low-pressure drop, making them ideal for large pipe diameters and applications requiring rapid shut-off.
- Concentric Butterfly Valve: Features a centrally located disc and stem, with the disc rotating within the pipe bore. This design provides simple, cost-effective flow control with a resilient seat offering tight shut-off.
- Eccentric Butterfly Valve: The disc is offset from the centerline of the valve body and stem, reducing seat wear and improving sealing performance, especially in high-pressure and temperature applications. Variants include single-offset (resilient seat), double-offset (metal seat), and triple-offset designs (metal-to-metal sealing with high cycle life).
These valves are suitable for a wide range of media including water, air, gas, oil, and corrosive fluids. They are commonly used in water treatment plants, HVAC systems, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
