AsalAra Metal-to-Metal Seated Ball Valve

The AsalAra Metal-Seated Ball Valve is purpose-built for the most demanding applications where soft seats cannot survive. With hardened ball and seat surfaces, this valve is capable of withstanding abrasive media, high temperatures (up to 600°C), and severe service environments such as slurry, steam, and catalytic cracking.

These valves are engineered using carbide coatings (Tungsten / Chrome / HVOF) or Stellite overlays to deliver long sealing life, low fugitive emissions, and tight shutoff per ANSI/FCI standards. Offered in floating or trunnion-mounted designs, AsalAra’s metal-seated valves are trusted in critical industries such as refining, pulp & paper, mining, petrochemical, and power generation.
