AsalAra Parallel Disk Cast Steel Gate Valve

The AsalAra Parallel Disk Gate Valve is engineered for high-performance isolation in demanding high-pressure and high-temperature environments, especially power generation and steam applications. Unlike wedge gate valves, this design utilizes two parallel disks that are pushed apart by a spring or spreader mechanism, achieving tight shut-off through line pressure and mechanical force—not wedging.

The result is low operating torque, reduced thermal binding, and reliable sealing even under thermal expansion and contraction. This valve is ideal for systems where pressure and temperature fluctuate significantly, such as main steam lines, feedwater, and turbine bypass systems.
