The AsalAra Pressure Seal Gate Valve is purpose-built for high-pressure, high-temperature service in power generation, petrochemical, and oil & gas processing industries. Unlike conventional bolted bonnet valves, this design features a pressure-energized bonnet seal, which improves tightness as system pressure increases, reducing leakage risk and maintenance needs.
This space-saving and high-integrity design makes it especially ideal for Class 900 to 2500 pressure applications, including steam, feedwater, and hydrocarbon service. The flexible wedge, hardened seating surfaces, and precision-machined components ensure zero-leakage shut-off and long lifecycle even under thermal shock and cyclic service.
