AsalAra Double Block & Bleed Ball Valve – API 6D Compliant Isolation Valve

Dual-sealing isolation with integrated bleed system for high-integrity shutoff and cavity pressure monitoring.

AsalAra Double Block & Bleed Ball Valve – API 6D Compliant Isolation Valve

Dual-sealing isolation with integrated bleed system for high-integrity shutoff and cavity pressure monitoring.

The AsalAra DBB Ball Valve is designed for applications that demand redundant isolation and a safe method to bleed off pressure between sealing elements. This design provides two independent seating surfaces that isolate pressure at both ends of the valve, and a central cavity bleed system that ensures system integrity, safety, and verifiable shutoff.

Compliant with API 6D and ASME B16.34, Falcon DBB valves are available in both twin-ball design or single-body with dual-seats configurations. This product is ideal for high-stakes industries including oil & gas pipelines, metering skids, FPSOs, LNG terminals, and chemical process systems where zero leakage and verifiable isolation are critical.

Key Differentiator

AsalAra DBB Ball Valves are engineered to combine double isolation in a compact envelope, significantly reducing installation time, potential leak paths, and operational risks compared to traditional valve pairs with interconnecting spools.

AsalAra stands for engineering integrity and operational reliability. Our DBB solutions are developed with full consideration for safety, serviceability, and long lifecycle performance, making them a trusted choice for critical isolation across energy, refining, and chemical infrastructure projects worldwide.
