The AsalAra Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valve is engineered for demanding pipeline applications that require maximum performance, long-term sealing, and low torque operation. The ball is anchored at the top and bottom (trunnions) and remains stationary under pressure while the seats move toward the ball for sealing. This design minimizes wear, supports large valve sizes and pressure ratings, and ensures reliable double-block-and-bleed (DBB) performance.

Optimized for the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors, this valve is fully compliant with API 6D, ASME B16.34, and available with fire-safe and fugitive emission features. AsalAra’s trunnion valves can be custom-automated and are available in side-entry, top-entry, or fully welded body designs.
